IIBMR Academics

It is generally defined as education which has learning as its primary purpose.IIBMR’s educational system have equated academic with university. We differ from others, in preparing to perform in a workplace or life education which may have a purpose of preparing to live better. IIBMR especially work towards reasoning rather than technical skills. We focus on the extent to which a student, teacher or institution has achieved their goals.

We also aim on academic detailing in which students gets a university or non-commercial based educational outreach. Academic detailing is a process of face- to- face education by management profession. IIBMR commonly measure students through examinations or continuous assessment. Furthermore, there are inconclusive results over which individuals predict academic performance of a student. Academic self-efficacy & academic ability conception is concerned with the student’s personal skills and level of their competence.

IIBMR aims at academic success of each student because when they step out to the corporate world they need a higher level of education to tackle the technologically demanding occupation of the future. The modern world has however changed dramatically and the rate of change continues to accelerate. IIBMR has adopted the term “BEST ACADEMIC “to distinguish education which is at a higher level.

  • Administrative Academic Head

    He is one who is responsible for all the employees under this educational institution and separate faculty. His duty is to ensure that the institution achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all activities.

  • Regional Academic
    Head

    He is one who administrate a large group of departments or institution, related to academic discipline which have primary responsibility for a cluster of related teaching and learning Programme.

  • Administrative Admission Manager

    They are educational administrators who work with prospective students, as well as other school administrators regarding all matters of admissions.


  • Placement Coordinator

    He is one who contact firms/HR’s for recruitment drivers/internship drives. He makes list of eligible students based on criterion of firm. He arranges logistics for HR team coming for placement and co-ordinate placement activities.

  • Student Counselor

    He evaluates sSchool counselorer goals. He will listen to student’s concerns about academic, emotional or social problems.

  • Department Coordinator

    The Department Coordinators are responsible for coordinating with the academic team and ensuring quality delivery of a program in campus, as per the set benchmark. They work in consultation with Academic Head and under the overall direction of the RAH.
